How does the combined file-size limit work?

The limit evaluates the total sum of all uploaded files in a single merge operation. For example, if you upload three 12 MB files (total 36 MB), it requires Power (up to 100 MB).

Can I buy AI credits without a monthly subscription?

Yes! Free users can purchase 1,000 AI credits for $8 anytime. They never expire and are only deducted when you choose AI-powered Vision extraction.

Will I be billed automatically when my pass expires?

No! ExcelMergeOnline operates strictly on prepaid access passes (30-day or 1-year). There is zero auto-debit and zero recurring billing. When your pass expires, you simply revert to the free Starter tier with no penalties unless you choose to buy another pass. You can also revert to Starter anytime with one click in your account.
